Q - Is the course certified?
A - The Marathon Course is certified to USATF standards, certification number WI-09009-DM.

Q - Is the Jailbreak Marathon a Boston qualifier?
A - Yes.

Q - When and Where do I pick up my race packet?
A - Race packets can be picked up at the pavillion behind the 4H stand at the Waushara County Fairgrounds on Friday April 27th from 5-8pm and on Saturday April 28th from 6-7:30am.

Q - Can I register on Race Day?
A - Yes registration is available from 6-7:30am on race day. You can register at the pavillion behind the 4H stand at the Waushara County Fairgrounds.

Q - What do I do if I cannot participate once I have registered?
A - Unfortunately entry fees are non-refundable.

Q - How many aid / water stations can be expected?
A - We are planning 8 aid stations (about every three miles) which will be sponsored by local civic/student groups in the community. We are planning on energy gels, sports drinks, water (obviously), and basic running foods at various stations.

Q - Will you be using computer chip timing?
A - Yes. The event will be timed by Sports Management Associates Inc. using the ChampionChip timing system.

Q - What is included in the registration cost?
A - The entry fee includes a race bag, T-shirt, access to the runner's nutrition area, post race meal and awards for all marathon finishers.

Q - What awards will be given?
A - Awards will be given to the top finisher in each race, for each gender. Medals for the top runner in each age division will be awarded.

Q - What are the divisions?
A - Runners will be divided as follows - 19 and under, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60 and over.

Q - What time is the awards ceremony?
A - Awards for the 5K Fun Run and Bloodhound Challenge will be presented at 10am.
Awards for the 1/2 Marathon will be presented at 11:30am and awards for the Marathon will be presented at 1pm. All awards will be presented under the tent near the start finish line.

Q - When will results be available?
A - Results will be available shortly after completion of the race online. Results can be found at onlineraceresults.com. Search for Jailbreak Marathon.

Q - Can I buy shirts later?
A - Shirts will be available for sale after the finish of the Marathon. Sales will be made on a first come, first served basis as only a limited quantity of shirts will be available for purchase.

Q - Is there a time limit?
A - We have not set a time limit for the race, but we have told the Parks Department that we will be out of the fairgrounds by 1500 hrs.

Q - How many runners are you expecting?
A - We are setting our goal at 500 runners.
